Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to love what you order from us! If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Changed Your Mind? (Right to Cancel)

If you ordered online, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

  • To cancel, you must contact us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once you’ve told us, you then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
  • We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), using your original payment method.

Note: You’ll need to pay for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Condition of Returns

To receive a full refund:

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings or pierced jewellery unless they’re faulty.

Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or are faulty.

If Something’s Wrong

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
  • We’ll either offer a full refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the issue.

Photos may be requested to support your claim so we can resolve things quickly.

How to Return an Item

  • What you’re returning and why
  • Whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange
