cloehedger.com is the official online shop for Cloé Hedger Beading, offering handmade jewellery and accessories — all crafted with care and intention in the UK.
2. Product Descriptions
Every product is described as clearly and accurately as possible. Please keep in mind:
- Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings
- As each item is handmade, small variations are part of what makes them unique
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
I am not VAT registered, so no VAT is added or included.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe, a trusted payment provider. You can pay using most major credit or debit cards. Your payment details are encrypted and protected at every step.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Our domestic (UK) shipping rate differs from our international shipping rate.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All domestic shipping to the UK is free of charge on orders £77+
We charge a £3 flat rate delivery fee for UK shipping.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our flate rate service.
We charge £7 for Next Day delivery fee for UK shipping.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature for our next day service.
International Shipping Policy
We charge a £12-£15 flat delivery rate for international shipping. We currently deliver to United States – Canada – Australia – New Zealand –
Norway – Switzerland – Iceland.
We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Delivery times vary per country.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Tracked is not available for Canada – Australia – Norway.
However, Tracked is available for those territories.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Cloé Hedger is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Cloé Hedger is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Returns & Refunds
If something’s not quite right, please email contact@cloehedger.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Once approved, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
🔒 Hygiene Notice — Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allows exemptions for items sealed for health or hygiene reasons — such as earrings. By purchasing, you acknowledge this item is not eligible for return.
Please ensure you’re happy with your choice before completing your order.
Refunds (for eligible items) are processed once returns are received and inspected.
6. Intellectual Property
All jewellery designs, names, product descriptions, and images on this site are the property of Cloé Hedger Beading, unless otherwise stated.
Please do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without permission.
7. Liability
While I take great care in creating each item, Cloé Hedger Beading is not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions (please read materials listed carefully)
- Injuries or damage caused by misuse
- Lost or damaged items once dispatched
Jewellery is not suitable for children under 12 and should be worn with care.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is used only to process and deliver your order. It is never shared or sold. For more information, you can read the Privacy Policy.
